Everyone is welcome here

Senior Transition Solutions serves older adults, families, and professionals with a wide range of vision, hearing, memory, mobility, and technology comfort levels. We design this website and our services so that no one has to struggle to get help.
What we've done on this website
- Large, high-contrast type with generous line spacing throughout.
- Clear, visible focus outlines so keyboard and switch users always know where they are.
- Full keyboard navigation, plus a “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
- Large tap targets (at least 44 pixels) for buttons and links on phones and tablets.
- Descriptive text alternatives for images and labels for every form field.
- Plain language instead of industry jargon, with headings that describe what follows.
- Our phone number visible at the top of every page, so calling is never buried.
Making the text bigger
You can enlarge everything on this site with your browser: press Ctrl and + on Windows, or Command and + on a Mac. On a phone, pinch outward or raise the text size in your device settings. The pages reflow to fit — nothing is cut off.
Our inclusion commitment
We welcome clients and families of every race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, familial status, and source of income. We follow the Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws, and we abide by the Equal Housing Opportunity standard. We are glad to work with powers of attorney, guardians, conservators, professional fiduciaries, adult children, chosen family, and caregivers.
Accommodations we're happy to make
- Large-print or emailed versions of any document, checklist, or guide.
- Phone or in-person walkthroughs instead of online forms — we can fill anything out with you.
- Longer, slower-paced meetings, or meetings with a family member or advisor present.
- Meeting in your home, a care community, or a family member's home.
- Written summaries after every conversation, so nothing depends on memory.
Standard we aim for
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, and parts of this site — especially documents and third-party tools — may not yet fully meet that standard.
