My journey began on the front lines of hands-on elder care. Working directly with aging adults taught me that every senior’s story deserves patience, respect, and unconditional dignity. That passion drove me to pursue culture change initiatives in senior living, fighting for person-centered care, and later into community-based senior care, building vital bridges between healthcare providers, senior communities, and families.

Over the years, I realized that the hardest part of these life changes often comes down to the home itself: the place filled with a lifetime of memories, belongings, and financial value.

I founded Senior Transition Solutions to bridge that gap. As a Liberty native, a mother of four, and a REALTOR® with The Local Experts Team, brokered by eXp Realty, I built this company to give local families a compassionate, all-in-one resource.
